MAAPL Releases PSA About 12/30/16 Deadline to File

UPDATE: Feb. 23, 2017 is expected NEW deadline to file at the Registry of Deeds.

If your home was foreclosed on before 2014, and you want to get your home back—or receive FULL restitution—you need to file an Affidavit at your local Registry of Deeds by DECEMBER 30th, 2016. A law that went into effect last year, S.2015, cuts your 20 year constitutional rights to fight to get your home back down to only 3 years!

Watch our new Public Service Announcement below and share it with your friends and networks to help us spread the word about this deadline. If you know anyone who was foreclosed on before 2014, please make sure they know about this so they don’t lose the chance to regain their home or receive restitution for the loss of their home.
